Hello Friends,

With the peerless assistance of my younger son, David, I think I have finally closed the loop on a reliable blogspot for St. Mary High School, Paterson, NJ, Class of 1960. I hope that the following instructions will enable you to read, to post, and to comment upon materials of interest to members of our class and our friends. I trust this test run, the successful completion of which, as indicated by expressions of user satisfaction and approval by reliable experts (usually our children or grandchildren), will enable all of us to become familiar with the tool. By following the instructions below, you should be able to read and place postings, submit photographs, videos, and sound bites, comment on the offerings of others, invite classmates and friends to engage in conversation using both this medium and more traditional forms of communication, and enlarge and elongate long-time friendships. The blogsite should also be a useful means of making announcements about our upcoming reunion marking the 50th anniversary of our graduation from high school. Planning for the reunion is moving along. Anyone who wants to join in, please contact Marlene (Pasquariello) Neal or Lorette Yannucci. As we have in the past, classmates and friends from the St. Mary Elementary School Class of 1956, are also invited to participate. So, too, are those who started but did not finish high school with us. Soon we will publish names of classmates for whom we have no current addresses. Help in finding missing classmates will be appreciated. The site will grow in interest and utility as more of us use it. I hope that you will offer suggestions for improvement. While anyone can read and comment on posts on the blog, only the owner can write new posts directly on it. For others to add a new post, they should use email. You can send an email to sdconti.smhs60@blogger.com and it will appear as a post. Whatever you put in the subject line of the email becomes the title of the post and the body of the email becomes the post.

This is easy to disable if it is misused. I hope that this helps.

Good to see you all here. I hope we can get others of our classmates and friends to use this blog site as a place to exchange updates and information.
